2026 Christmas Minis November 6th thru the 8th - Country Roads Canine Activities - Grafton, WV

Cancellation Policy

- Deposit & Payment: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the appointment and is applied toward the $75 session fee. The remaining $50 is due by the day of the session. An appointment is not reserved until the deposit is received. - Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to remaining Christmas Mini availability. The original deposit transfers to the new appointment. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new $25 deposit. Illnesses and legitimate emergencies can be handled individually when possible. - Cancellations: If a client cancels, the $25 deposit is forfeited, but they are not responsible for the remaining $50 balance. - Late Arrivals: Clients should arrive about 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session so the next appointment can begin on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on availability, and a new deposit may be required. - No-Shows: Clients who do not arrive and do not contact you will forfeit their deposit. A new deposit is required to book another appointment. - Photographer Cancellation / Weather: If you need to cancel or reschedule because of illness, severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, or another circumstance outside your control, the deposit transfers to the rescheduled session. If no suitable replacement appointment can be arranged, the deposit is refunded.
